What about out of stock items. How can I get
them?
For consumer purchases, the following applies with out-of-stock products:

For dealer purchases, the following applies with out-of-stock products:
We make every effort to maintain inventory levels, but occasionally items are "out of stock". In the event that we run out of something, you can still place your order and upon receipt of the product in our warehouse, you order will automatically be shipped to you.
What are
your website shopping hours?
You may browse for products and add them to your shopping cart 24 hours a
day, 7 days a week.
We process orders Monday - Friday from
8:30 AM to 4:30 PM E.S.T. (excluding statutory holidays)
Orders received and approved
after 2 PM E.S.T. will be processed the following day.
When
shopping on the website what are the ways I can get my product(s)?
Standard
Delivery - Based on the weight of your order as
well as destination Province, shipping cost will
be calculated and displayed before you check-out.
Transit time will be between 1 & 5 days depending
on your destination. Example - Most heavily populated
areas should be within 1-2 business day, while
remote areas will take longer.
Can I also choose to call / fax you if I wish to make a
purchase?
If you are having difficulties placing your order over the website please
contact your Microcel Account Manager. If you cannot reach your Account
Manager you can contact us at 1-800-565-9192 or fax your order to
1-800-753-6646 or email your order to orders@microcelaccessories.com.
Can
I order products on the website and pick them up?
Our fast delivery options can probably get product(s)
right to your door faster than you could come and get
them, so delivery is currently the only option.
Can
I have my purchase shipped to addresses outside Canada?
Due to our manufacturer distribution agreements, we are not permitted to ship the products we sell to addresses outside Canada. Should this policy change and you wish to be notified, please send us an
e-mail.
How do I
return incorrectly ordered / damaged / defective merchandise?
If the product, upon receipt, is found to be damaged or
defective, the first thing to do is contact our "Customer Support" department by
e-mail or by calling 905-853-2568 or toll free
at 1-800-565-9192. We will arrange a
replacement product to be sent to you as quickly as possible.
Our return
policy only applies to merchandise that is received
damaged or defective.
Once the item is found to be operational the standard manufacturer's warranty
applies.
